You can only use the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated and you control an Xyz Monster: Negate the activation, then you can detach 2 materials from your monsters, then destroy 1 card on the field.
(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Xyz Monster you control; attach 1 LIGHT “Utopia” or “Utopic” Xyz Monster from your GY to it as material.
