You can only use the 2nd effect of this card’s name once per turn.
(1) Once per turn: You can target 1 “Scareclaw” monster or 1 “Visas=Stafrost” you control; this turn, it can attack while in face-up Defense Position. If it does, apply whichever is higher between its ATK and DEF for damage calculation.
(2) When your opponent activates a card or effect while you control a “Scareclaw” monster in the Extra Monster Zone: You can send this face-up card from your Spell & Trap Zone to the GY; negate that effect.
