You can only use the (1) and (2) effects of this card’s name once per turn each.
(1) When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated while you control a Synchro Monster: Negate that activation, then if there is a “Visas Starfrost” or a monster with 1500 ATK and 2100 DEF in your field or GY, you can destroy that negated card.
(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 3 “Manadome” monsters in your GY; return them to the Deck.
